Masterplast heel balm is a very effective foot cream designed to combat cracked heels and extremely dry skin. The cracked heel balm is a specially blended combination of moisturisers and powerful hydrating agents (Urea) which increase water uptake into dry skin and leave the skin feeling soft, supple and free of cracks. The deep penetrating, easily absorbed formula encourages skin, whilst helping prevent against further cracked skin. Fragrance free, this heel balm helps reduce any allergic reaction to a minimum. Ready to use straight away, apply to hydrate and moisturise dry, cracked skin in seconds.
INTENSE MOISTURE: Extra strength, deep penetrating formula to provide moisture and comfort. Use regularly to maintain skin quality and soft heels.
READY TO USE: Ensure feet are clean and dry before use. Massage into dry hard skin twice daily and continue treatment until the skin is smooth and repaired.
PREVENTION: Use the cream to maintain skin texture, prevent the skin from hardening, cracking and causing discomfort.
SENSITIVE SKIN: Fragrance free to keep the chance of allergic reaction to a minimum.

If you select standard delivery our normal delivery time for items in stock is up to 7-10 days. In most cases Items are delivered before this time frame. Items delivered directly from the manufacturer may take a little longer. In exceptional circumstances please allow 28 days for delivery.
Express delivery - £8.99
For an additional fee we offer an Express Delivery service of 2 working days for items in stock. This excludes weekends and Bank Holidays. Please note that items that are despatched directly from the manufacturer are not available on the express service. If this applies you will not be given the option of the express service at checkout.

Standard Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please return your goods to us unworn, unwashed, and with the manufacturer's tags attached within 28 days of receipt. If goods are returned after 28 days and/or are not in their original condition we reserve the right to refuse the return. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please ensure you complete the returns form that was enclosed inside your parcel.
If you no longer have the returns form, please write the following information on a piece of paper and enclose it in the parcel you are returning:
- Name, Full address and a contact telephone number
- Order number
- Description of the product you are returning
- Reason for return

Return P&P costs are the buyers responsibility (Unless items are faulty/incorrect). We recommend you use a traceable & insured shipment method as this will cover both parties under the returns policy. We are not liable for any parcels that are damaged or lost in transit on their way back to us.
We do not currently offer free returns as by doing so it would mean we would have to carry the cost of this elsewhere in our business. In reality, this would result in us having to increase our prices, which is not something we are prepared to do. We made the decision that we would rather protect our reputation for providing excellent quality products at affordable prices.
Please note, returns can take up to 14 days to be processed.
