During the Christmas period, All orders placed from 25th November will be eligible for returns up until January 15th 2019. Our standard terms & conditions for returns remain unchanged and will still apply to all orders.
Orders despatched between 23rd November and 31st December 2018 (inclusive) can be returned any time before midnight on 31st January 2019. After 31st December, the returns policy reverts to the standard 30-day period.
In the unlikely event that you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please return your goods to us unworn, unwashed, and with the manufactures tags attached within 14 days of receipt. If goods are returned after 14 days and/or are not in their original condition we reserve the right to refuse the return. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please ensure you complete the returns form that was enclosed inside your parcel.
If you no longer have the returns form, please write the following information on a piece of paper and enclose it in the parcel you are returning:

Return P&P costs are the buyers responsibility (Unless items are faulty/incorrect) We recommend you use a traceable & insured shipment method as this will cover both parties under the returns policy. We are not liable for any parcels that are damaged or lost in transit on their way back to us.
We do not currently offer free returns as by doing so it would mean we would have to carry the cost of this elsewhere in our business. In reality, this would result in us having to increase our prices, which is not something we are prepared to do. We made the decision that we would rather protect our reputation for providing excellent quality products at affordable prices.
