I know the item that I want to buy. How do I search for it?
There is a Search field on the top left of every page. If you have the product code or description, simply type that into the search field then hit enter. The search will look for products that match all of the words (or the product code) you enter. The results of your search will then be displayed in the centre of your screen
I am not sure what I want. How do I browse the site?
You can browse by using the categories and the accompanying images displayed within each of them.
Alternatively, if you are looking for a specific product type you can use the Search field to bring back any products which match your search.
I have found the item that I want. How do I add it to my shopping basket?
You must select the colour that you require, then the size, then the quantity that you wish to order and then click on the Add to Basket icon. This will add the item to your basket.
At this point you will have the option to either carry on shopping or to continue to checkout.
I saw your advert in the national press. How do I place an order?
Select Our Adverts in the top navigation bar and you will see a list of our most recent adverts. Select that advert that you saw and you will be taken directly to the product. Click here to go to Our Adverts.
If you don't see the advert you are looking for in our listing, you can type the advert code into the search field and it will take you directly to the item.
If the advert that you have searched for is out of date you will be advised.
I've got everything I need in my basket. How do I checkout?
A. Existing Customer Checkout
You are an existing customer if you have previously registered online. Type the email address and password that you registered with into the Existing Web Customer box.
You will be asked to confirm that you have read our terms and conditions and will not be able to progress any further until you have done so.
Once you have confirmed the terms and conditions click Proceed with Order.
You can then either edit or confirm your address details and select your chosen delivery method.
At this point you will have a final chance to amend any details before you click Pay Now via our Secure System.
B. New Customer Checkout
You are a new customer if you have never used our online store before.
Select the New Customer checkout box. You will be asked to confirm that you have read our terms and conditions and will not be able to progress any further until you have done so.
You will then be asked to register your email address and a password as well as your address details before carrying on with the checkout process.
C. Fast Check Out.
If you just want to shop and go we offer a fast checkout process where you do not have to register with us.
You will be asked to confirm that you have read our terms and conditions and will not be able to progress any further until you have done so.
You will then be required to add your email and delivery address details and select your chosen delivery method.
At this point you will have a final chance to amend any details before you click Pay Now via our Secure System.
How do I know that my order has been placed?
Once your transaction has been successful you will return to a page which shows your order number.
You will receive an email to the address that you have registered confirming the transaction details from Sagepay, our secure payment system.
You will then receive a further email usually within 24 hours that confirms receipt of your order.
When will my order be delivered?
This depends upon the delivery method that you have selected when you placed the order and is subject to stock availability.
Standard Delivery is usually within 7 10 working days from despatch
48 Hour delivery is available for Mainland UK orders.
Please note that orders that are despatched direct from the supplier cannot be despatched with 48 Hour Delivery service.

Can I change my delivery address?
As a security feature to protect you against credit/debit card fraud, we will only deliver to the card address. Should you move to a new address, you can login to your account and amend your address details.
Can I place an order for delivery outside of the UK?
Air Mail is offered for destinations outside of the UK. Currently we only accept payment in Sterling. Click here for delivery details.
What payment types are accepted?
We take all major credit and debit cards: Visa, Master card, Maestro, Visa Electron, Delta & Paypal.
What do I do if I do not receive my order within the stated delivery time?
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order within the delivery time stated please email info@Jolliman.co.uk or call our customer services helpline on 01903 766400. Please remember to include your Customer Number (if known), your full name and postcode and the order reference quoted online when corresponding by email.
Can I cancel or change my order online?
If you need to cancel or amend your order you should contact our customer services department as soon as possible. If your order has already been despatched, you should accept that delivery and then return the items to us. Click here for Returns information.
If your order has not been despatched then we will amend or cancel the order for you. You can contact Customer Services by emailing info@Jolliman.co.uk or calling 01903 766400.
I want to return something, what should I do?
Jolliman does not offer a free returns service, however we do refund postage if the items are faulty or incorrectly sent.
Jolliman is not liable for parcels returned by customers. In the event of any claim it is the sender who is responsible for processing the claim.

How will you refund me for goods that I have returned?
Your refund will be made to the card that you used to make your purchase and a confirmation will be sent to you via the post once it has been made.
I sent an item to be exchanged. When will I receive my replacement?
We will process your request within 24 hours, however please allow 14 days turnaround from the time you send your parcel back to us to redelivery.
How do I order a catalogue?
Click here for a Catalogue Request. You will be asked for your name and address.
Alternatively, you can click the Request a Catalogue link in the top navigation bar.
We send out between 7 and 8 catalogues a year.
